With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in dermatology—including 17 years as a Medical Assistant, extensive experience in Mohs surgery, and years of practice management and leadership—I understand healthcare operations from the inside out.
I’ve experienced the challenges practices face every day: staffing and team development, patient access, scheduling, workflow inefficiencies, employee engagement, provider support, performance goals, and the constant pressure to improve results while still delivering an exceptional patient experience.
